Our aim is to alert other online shops to customers who do not comply with the payment terms. This protects us all from unnecessary costs and ensures that we can continue to offer these payment options in the future.
We are committed to fair and secure transactions. Therefore, we have developed a protocol to prevent abuse of our payment terms. This means that we provide certain information about cancellations to delivery services such as DPD and other affiliates. This information may result in future deliveries to certain addresses being refused if a high risk of fraud is identified.
Why? If one places an order and wants to pay later, of course it makes sense. Unfortunately, there is a lot of abuse. That’s why we protect business owners from these customers. Because this costs too much money to send packages and customer pays nothing because of a reason. This is not only bad for the company but also for the environment.
If you do not want to cancel then no problem, you can still take it or pay a fee of 3 EURO, or translated into other currency. This fee is to cover the costs. You take your responsibility to pay your order incurred damages. We will not report it.
Of course, not just anyone can report an address. We record it if we have proof. We ask online stores the following: order date, shipping date with proof, proof of cancellation or refusal.
Do we see that an order has been rejected when no payment has been made. Then we will do the necessary to protect other webshops.
Nothing happens to it, no one can see it. A notification is made only if your address matches a high-risk order. Webshops can choose whether to send the order anyway. We always recommend not to send it.
